Ingredients:
200 gr ground walnuts
200 gr ground wafer biscuits
200 gr jaffa cakes broken into pieces.
500 ml of whipped cream
500 ml of whipped cream
Whip half a liter of cream until soft peaks form.
The other ingredients will make the cream stiff, so you don't want to beat it too stiff.
Divide the cream in three equal parts.
To the first part add ground walnuts. That will be the base of the cake. Combine it well. We can imeditely form the base of the cake.
To the second part add ground wafer biscuits. It is usefull to slowly add the wafers to the cream, beacuese it is dryer it will stiff the whole cream resulting with harder and less creamy cake layer.
From the 3rd part put aside a small amount for the decoration, or you can make another cream solely for that purpose. In that case this cake layer will be even lighter.
Add the jaffa cakes chunks to the 3rd part of the cream and form the 3rd layer of the cake.
Finally, coate the cake with whipped cream and decorate it as you wish.
