Braided rolls

Cute little pastry. Braided rolls are perfect for grab and go. 


Ingredients:
40 gr fresh yeast
1 teaspoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
40 gr butter
500 gr flour
120 ml lukewarm milk
120 ml water

For brushing:
1 egg
1 tablespoon of sesame seeds

Disolve the yeast  in lukewarm milk, with added sugar.
Add salt, butter, flour and water. Kneed it all into soft ball.
Leave it for about 30 minutes, or until it doubles in size.
Preheat the oven on 175C.
Divide the dough in half.
Divide each dough ball in 16 equal pieces.
Braid two pieces and make circle, gluing the ends.
Repeat with the remaining dough.

Place the braided rolls on parchment paper to prevent sticking.
Brush braids with beeten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake them until golden, 10-15 minutes, depending on your owen.
