Recept:
2 packages of ladyfingers
300 gr jaffa cakes,
Orange juice for soaking the Ladyfingers and Jaffa Cakes
Whipped cream for decoration
- Opt. Jaffa Cakes or Mini Jaffa Cakes for decoration
Cream 1:
1l milk
3 vanilla pudding
1 margarine or butter
Powdered sugar (10-12 spoons)
Cream 2:
Orange juice
300gr ground biscuits
250gr powdered sugar
1 margarin or butter
💥 Mix 3 vanilla pudding with a little bit of cold milk that you prior took out of 1l. Put the milk to boil. Once it boiled add the pudding mixture and stir until smooth. If it's not thick enough, put back to heat not more than for one minute.
Add the powdered sugar according to your taste.
💥 Soak the ladyfingers in orange juice and put them on your serving dish.
💥 Beat 1 margarine and add it to the pudding. That is our first cream.
💥 For the second cream beat one margarine with powdered sugar. Add the orange juice to ground biscuits until you get smooth thick paste. To this paste add the sweet margarineand stir it until well combined.
💥 Spread half of vanilla creamon top of Ladyfingers. Now comes the whole amount of buiscuit cream.
💥 Arrange Jaffa cakes on top of buiscuit cream with their chocolate side down and pour on top of eac one tablespoon of orange juice.
Spread the other half of vanilla cream.
💥 For decoration whip the cram until soft peaks form and cover the whole cake.
Decorate according to your taste. I used mini Jaffa cakes.
