It's always a time for oranges! Give it a try. 😋
Ingredients:
double package of ladyfingers
400 gr of mascarpone
250 ml of Whipped cream
orange juice
fresh oranges (2 bigger or 5 smaller)
Combine mascarpone and heavy cream.
Once you got the cream smooth and thick add 2 spoons of schreded orange peel.
Cut the oranges in 1 cm wide circles. I cut 4 smaller oranges in circles and one smaller in small cubes.
Soak the ladyfingers in orange juice. Use any orange juice that you really like.
Layer the ladyfingers on your serving plate.
Spread half of the mascarpone cream on top of ladyfingers.
Spread orange cubes on the cream.
Lay another layer of soaked ladyfingers.
On top of this spread the rest of the mascarpone cream.
On top of this layer spread the rest of the mascarpone cream.
For decoration use orange circles.
