Mosaik cake is one very decorative cake. Put a delicious and beautiful treat on your table!

Ingredients:

600gr of Buiscuits (Petite Beurre)
800 ml of Milk + 200 ml of Milk for soaking the buiscuits
2 Tbsp of Flour
3 Tbsp of Cornstarch
2 Tbsp of Cocoa
130 gr of sugar
1 Tbsp of vanila sugar
100 gr of Chocolate
100 gr of Margarine
2-3 Bananas
Ground or chopped Wallnuts
Plastic Wrap

(I used 3 freezer bags of 2 l cut and opened on long sides)

From the whole amount of milk prepared for cream put aside around 1,5 dl and put the rest to boil.
Combine the flour, cornstarch, sugar and vanilla sugar with milk that you put aside. Stir it until there are no more lumps.
When the milk starts boiling put it aside and stir in the prepared chocolate mixture.
Put it back to heat and stir until it thickens.
Add chocolate and margarine.  Stir it well until everything dissolves in hot pudding.

Prepare the plastic wrap on wich you will arrange the buiscuits.
(I used three freezer baggs of 2 liters  cuting them on long side and opening them. A little bit of arranging these frezer bags gave me one big plastic wrap for working with.)

Soak each buiscuit in milk and make 3 rows of buiscuits.
(I made rows of 5.)
Prior to shaping your cake check how long cake will fit in your freezer and then decide how long rows of buscuits you will make.

Cover with chocolate pudding the first layer of buiscuits. It might be tricky at first, because everything is moving, so hold down those buiscuits and they won't escape.

Arrange the second layer of buiscuits.
Cover the second layer with pudding.

Put bananas on the middle row. Brake them so you could have a straight line and they would stay only on the middle row.

Arrange the 3 layer of buiscuits. This time putting them only on 1. and 3. row.
Cover the buiscuits.

Arrange the 4. row of buiscuits, again only on the sides of bananas.
Cover everything with pudding.

Once you take out the cake from freezer, It's time to shape it. Pull upward and toward the center the plastic wrap like you want to hide the bananas. It might be tricky at first, but actually it's very easy.
Shape it in triangle. It's easy to shape the buiscuits because they are soaked in milk and they bend easily without braking.
Wrap the whole cake and put it in freezer and leave it there at least for two hours.

After two hours unwrap the cake. Probably there will be some ice on top.
I put baking sheet under both sides of the cake before covering it with the rest of the pudding, this way the serving tray stays nice and clean.

For this waiting and freezing  time the pudding cooles down and thickenes. Reheat it again.
Cover the whole  cake with the remaining pudding.
Sprinkle the whole cake with chopped or ground walnuts.

Put it back to freezer before cuting it and serving.
