Do you get each time beautiful sunny yellow color of cooked eggs or maybe not...
Cook perfect eggs every single time without fail! Cook them this way and you will never have dark rim around
the yolk, only beautiful bright yellow color.
Plus, they peel easily.
It was fun making a VIDEO, presenting two ways how to cook perfect eggs.
The first way will show you how I prefer and the second is a recommended way of my good friend.
1. way:
(This is how I
usually cook and yes, they are always perfect!)
Pour cold water over
the eggs and put them to boil.
As soon as the water
starts boiling, remove the pot from the stove and let the eggs sit in the hot
bath.
Cool them after 10
min, by slowly pouring cold water into the hot water. This way you will avoid
to break the eggschell.
2. way:
Pour cold water over
the eggs and put them to boil. Once the water starts boiling count 5 minutes
(don't waith any longer) and imediatelly cool the water by pouring a stream of
cold water in hot water. This way you will avoid breaking the eggschells!
note>
In both cases when
you are pouring cold water in hot water, do it slowly, with a thin stream of
water, otherwise, the schells will break!
